Friday Visit

Our fun and fabulous friends, Luke and Betsy Brass came to visit on Friday night. With them came Betsy's sister Amy, her precious 18-month-old Allie and their GPS navigator, Tom Tom. To summarize the evening, Allie was precious and Hallie wouldn't share. But we still had a good time :)

LOVE Allie's face in this one:

Watch closely near the end to see Allie go for Hallie's stroller while she's distracted:

Sick, Sick Hallie

My poor baby is SICK! She has a terrible cold. I stayed home with her on Tuesday, and did the only thing a loving mother would do...I took video of her 80-year-old-smoker's voice. :)

Public Service Announcement

***WARNING***

If you are ever using a public restroom with multiple stalls, and you see a chubby face peeking at you from under the wall...don't fear, it's just my crazy kid.

Pumpkin Patch with Nana

Nana Jo came visiting this weekend! We had a blast hanging out! Saturday we went to the Pumpkin Patch and went on a hayride, petted animals, held bunnies, got scared by a llama and got our face painted! Oh yeah...we picked out pumpkins too!

A Day with Papapa!

No...not a typo. She really calls him Papapa. It's a very cute story. Anyway, the camera was with me at work, so there aren't many pictures of the day's events. I was told it was a very fun day, filled with singing to people on the phone and taking a super-long nap! We want more days with Papapa!!!!

IC Parade Day!

We had a blast! Abbie, Gale and Anna were at the parade, so we got to hang out with them. Hallie loved watching the band...but didn't enjoy the man dressed up in a tiger costumer that touched her hand. She's still talking about how the tiger "squared" her.

After the parade, we came home to a lovely sight...the combine broke down. Specifically, the wheel fell off. Not good..

The Many Faces of Hallie

When Morgan and Nathan were visiting, Hallie had a ball with Nathan's computer. He has a fun program where it will...well, just look. Eli got in on the action too!

Da-nu-nu-nu-NUUUUH, you say it's your BIRTHDAY!

It's my birthday too! (not really)

Last night we hosted the joint-birthday party for Mike and Barb. It was loud, chaotic and lots of fun. I made a cake...and Dave helped me ice it. It was wonderfully terrible. Not many pictures, but I can assure you we had a good time.
What a good helper.

Look how pretty!

Whoops! Forgot Dad!

Lucille's present to Barb. It says, "a grandmother's love is everlasting". GAG.
